Return or Exchange Products
Please enter your e-mail address and order number and click "select items". Follow the instructions to register the return, and you will receive your return label in your e-mail inbox. For help, contact us at support@nikben.com.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and all labels and original packaging must also be intact.
Once your return is approved, you will be refunded to the source of payment within 14 working days.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.

Sweden: Exchanges and returns of part of an order are free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 80SEK.
Within or outside EU: Exchanges and returns of part of an order is free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 10EUR/10USD/10GBP.
