DELIVERY
Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swedish public holidays. If you place your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 on a weekday it will usually be shipped on the same day. A shipping confirmation with tracking nr will be sent by email when your order has left the NIKBEN warehouse, which makes it easy to trace your order. Nikben carries no responsibility for delayed deliveries if the order leaves our warehouse in time. Domestic: Orders exceeding 1000SEK made within Sweden are shipped free of charge. (Original shipping cost of 40 SEK financed by NIKBEN). NIKBEN uses DHL and your order will be sent to your nearest local delivery point. You will be notified once your package has arrived. The package must be picked up within 14 days of arrival, if not, the package will be sent back to us and you will be charged 100 SEK (covers cost of sending and returning the package). International: NIKBEN uses UPS, DHL and FedEx as their shipping partners. Orders exceeding 150EUR/150USD will be shipped free of charge. Minimum order value to the UK is 150 GBP. Delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs for non EU countries.
RETURNS
NIKBEN accepts returns within 14 days of receiving our product. Purchased items are exchangeable into different size and/or colour, subject to stock-availability and are sent to you without shipping charges.
The product must be returned unused, unwashed and all labels and original packaging should also be intact. To clarify, the product should not have been used more than necessary to check size, fit, etc. The item must not be damaged. It must not smell of perfume or any other additional odors such as smoke, body odor, etc. Attached details such as sequins or other accessories are considered part of the item and must be included when returned.
In the case of a claim where the item was already damaged upon receipt, please contact us at support@nikben.com with photos and a description of the issue before returning the item.
Once approved you will be refunded the order amount deducted by the shipping cost directly to the source of payment within 14 days. Sale items can also be exchanged and returned within 14 days.
Sweden: Please use our return portal to register your return. Exchange into different size and/or colour and/or return of part of order is free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 80SEK. Within and outside EU: Please use our return portal to register your return. Exchange and return of part of order is free of charge.
