Returned items must be unused, unwashed and all labels and original packaging must also be intact.

Once your return is approved you will be refunded to the source of payment within 14 working days.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.

* H&M orders do not need to be registered. Please use the return label provided in the package.
