Return or Exchange Products
Please enter your e-mail address and order number and click "select items". Follow the instructions to register the return, and you will receive your return label in your e-mail inbox. For help, contact us at support@nikben.com.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and all labels and original packaging must also be intact.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, or your exchanged product will be shipped.
Please note that we do not refund the outbound shipping costs.

EU & International (not US & UK):
Exchanges and partial returns are free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 10 EUR for European customers and 20 USD for International customers. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
US & UK:
Exchanges are free of charge. Returns (both partial and full orders) are not free of charge. A return shipping fee of 20 USD will be deducted from the refund amount. Customers do not need to arrange or pay for return shipping separately. No duties will be charged on returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If an order qualified for free shipping and is returned in full, we reserve the right to deduct the original outbound shipping cost, in addition to the return shipping fee, from the refund to cover the associated shipping expenses.
