SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide with DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping on all orders over 1500 SEK in Sweden and all orders over 150USD | 150EUR | 150GBP to the rest of the world. The shipping fees for orders under these amounts are based on your selected shipping service and will be displayed in the checkout.

Note that delivery charges DO NOT cover any eventual import costs for non- EU countries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with exception of Swedish public holidays. If you place your order before 11.00 AM GMT+1 on a weekday it will usually be shipped on the same day.

Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days and to the rest of the world 3-7 days.

For UK orders, delays might be experienced due to Brexit-related disruptions.

We assure you that we are doing everything we can to make sure that you will receive your order as soon as possible.

Where is my package?

A shipping confirmation including your tracking ID will be sent to you by email when your order has left the NIKBEN warehouse. This makes it easy to trace your order via the shipping company's tracking system.

I’ve been charged import fees. Why is that?

You may have to pay additional taxes, fees, or charges if you are ordering from a non-EU country. NIKBEN DOES NOT cover any eventual import costs for non-EU countries. The carrier may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This can vary depending on your country, so it is advisable to check with your local customs office prior to placing an order. We have no control over these charges and are not aware of current duty rates. This may also delay the delivery time.

If you refuse to pay the import or customs charges, your item may be returned to us or, in some cases, destroyed. In the event that we do not receive the item, we may not be able to refund your order. We are only able to refund the cost of the products minus any expenses incurred in returning them to Nikben, and we cannot refund postage costs.

I did not receive my order, what should I do?

In the event that you should not receive your package, please contact us at support@nikben.com and we will do our best to help you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

NIKBEN accepts returns within 14 days of receiving our product. Within and outside the EU: Please use our return portal to register your return. 

Exchanges into different sizes and/or colors, and/or returns of part of an order are free of charge.
Returns of the entire order within Sweden will be charged 80SEK.
Returns of the entire order outside of Sweden will be charged 10EUR/10USD/ 10GBP.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn’t fit?

NIKBEN accepts returns within 14 days of receiving our product. Purchased items are exchangeable into different sizes and/or colors, subject to stock- availability, and are sent to you without shipping charges. The product must be returned unused and unwashed, and all labels and original packaging should also be intact.

Contact us at support@nikben.com if your original order was made with a discount code and we’ll help you out.

What is a “Commercial Invoice” and why do I need one?

A commercial invoice is needed for returns from outside the European Union. To receive it, simply contact us at support@nikben.com. State your errand, order number, and a list of the products you wish to return, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once approved, you will be refunded the order amount directly to the source of payment within 14 days.

ORDERS

I accidentally ordered the wrong product. Can I change my order?
Message us at support@nikben.com. We’ll do our best to change your order. But if your package already shipped you are welcome to exchange the product after you’ve received it.

I signed up for your newsletter, where’s my discount code?
