Return or Exchange Products
EXTENDED RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 9TH!
Please enter your e-mail address and order number and click "select items". Follow the instructions to register the return, and you will receive your return label in your e-mail inbox. For help, contact us at support@nikben.com.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and all labels and original packaging must also be intact.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, or your exchanged product will be shipped.
Please note that we do not refund the original shipping costs.
Return costs:
Sweden: Exchanges and returns of part of an order are free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 80 SEK.
Within or outside EU: Exchanges and returns of part of an order is free of charge. Return of the entire order will be charged 10 EUR / 20 USD / 20 GBP.
